Apan – Keyboard Programming

Apan started playing keyboard from early childhood. He is a self learner who loves western music, precisely, western contemporary music. Apan developed his own notation style called “Trilogy”. He is a passionate musician who loves to compose, arrange and design music. His first album came out at the age 15. He did the Keyboard Programming for every song for Monihar.

Shankha Shubhra Ghosh – Bass, Acoustic and Electric Guitar

Shankha Shubhra is a very talented guitarist. He grew up in a musical family. His father Goutam Ghosh is a Guitar and Keyboard player. Since childhood, he was surrounded by music all the time. He never learned anything from his father conventionally but music came to him naturally through unconscious listening and self learning. He performed with several famous contemporary Indian musicians including Shreya Ghoshal, Sumith Ramachandran, Purbayan Chatterjee. He accompanied with every song in Monihar.

Anupam Datta – Tabla, Digital Kit, Orchestral Kit and Supportive Percussion

Anupam is a gold medalist tabla player who started his musical career at the age of 2.5 years. He learned tabla from the famous tabla player Alok Roy, a student of the internationally renowned tabla player, Mr. Swapan Bhattacharya. Anupam enjoys learning and playing Indian instruments as well as various world instruments like Thumba, Conga, Bongo, Darbuka, Djembe, Timbale, Kajon and so on. He played tabla, supportive percussion, Digital Kit and Orchestral Kit for some of the songs in this album.

Biplab Bhattacharya – Tabla and Percussion

Biplab is an experienced tabla player. He also played percussion in a few songs for this album. He has been learning under the guidance of Guru Naren Kantha and Guru Tanmoy Chatterjee. He is blessed to accompany the legendary veteran singer Shri Manna Dey for 5 years. Also played with eminent artists like Shreya Ghoshal, Shaan and Srimati Kavita Krishnamurthy. He also played in a band named “Aurko”. Recently, he has been performing in several Indian Television programs.

Ujjwal Mukherjee – Whistle

Ujjwal Mukherjee runs his own Sound Recording Studio where all the music tracks have been recorded.
